Planning a journey: after traveling

• Have you been dehydrated on the plane? Drink water and juices when you get home.
• Do not make your schedule too hectic right after the trip. It is probably not a good idea to have an important job interview right after flying 24 hours.
• If you have not fully recovered from jet lag, take extra care if you have to drive.
• It is a good idea to put the photos you have taken in good order in an album with dates and places. If you share your pictures on the internet others can enjoy them as well! 
• If you wish, send "thank you" cards for good service and/or greetings to your new friends.
• If you get sick after your trip, be honest with your doctor. Tell him where you have been traveling and what kind of things you have been experimenting with...
